Umstellung von MinIO (in Prod) auf Seaweed S3
Auf Seaweed S3 gibt es daher 2 Buckets, tatort und tatort-dev. Anhand der Env-Variable wird in das entsprechende Bucket geschrieben/gelesen

Gleichzeitig magic strings zum Bucket-Namen entfernt
