Implementierung von Kachel #110

  • (Re-) Aktivierung von Test bzgl. authentifiziertem Zugriff auf /api-Endpunkte
  • Verschiebung des API-Authentifizierungs-Mechanismus in hooks statt in jeder Endpunkt-Methode
  • Anpassung entsprechender Tests
  • Verschiebung von load() function in page.server.ts damit auf Backend-Funktionen zugegriffen werden können
